Either it is a new location just gain its popularity or a location well known to only certain group of foreigners. We will take you to your destination for sure.

Our dispatchers always double check and confirm with our customer before your start your trip.

For those really unfamiliar locations in the narrow alley, we send our driver to visit in advance.

2.1 Meet your mobile concierge at very beginning  

When you start to contact Haoxing.com either through email or direct phone call, this dispatcher become your own mobile concierge. He/She takes the responsibility of taking care of your car rental from very begging to the very end.  In the following process, either it is about destination information gathering, or plan change, special requirement, or your driver selection and driver performance survey, your dispatcher (mobile concierge) is always at your disposal. And in your following up car rental, it would be the same dispatcher (your mobile concierge) and same driver who serve you. If possible we even arrange the same car or van for your service.

2.2 Your mobile concierge in your car rental

During your car rental, you might need lots of assistance from your dispatcher (mobile concierge). At any time and any place, your mobile concierge is at your disposal either for an on call translation, or new location on line searching.

2.3 Your mobile concierge after your car rental

Your dispatcher is responsible to ask your evaluation on the driver's performance, solve any possible problem in the customer's trip (e.g. lost your belonging somewhere in the trip),

Your car rental is kept in your mobile concierge file for your next car rental service, either for your family member or your customers. You already know what level of service you can expect by the same driver, same dispatcher and same car/van.

2.4 The second time car rental

Haoxing dispatcher, driver and our customer already know each other and become friend through the time they spend together. We are more than happy to meet and serve our old friend and shoulder the responsibility to take well care of our customer's family member or friend. We do our best to meet customer's expectation on us.
