Prepayments are not required unless clearly declared by us before your reservation.
1. No Show Policy
Though we do not require prepayment for car or van rentals, we still strongly recommend you to inform us when you cancel any unneeded reservation as soon as your plans change. In the peak season, we require a prepayment for one day's rental (e.g. tour bus rental) to ensure that your bus is reserved. In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply if an unwanted reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved pick-up time. To avoid this fee, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Refund
For any cancellation 24 hours prior to your pick-up, refunds are sent directly to your appointed account, either for individual or company.
3. Rental extensions
If you need to extend your rental, it are required to call us 12 hours before your extensions in the low season, 24 hours in the peak season.
4. Late Charges
Most of our rentals are based on an 8-hour day. However, in consideration of the traffic condition in Beijing, we offer a grace period of 29 minutes for the 4-hour city tour and 5o minutes for the 8-hour city tour. If you come back within grace period there will not be any additional hourly rate. Beyond the period, an hourly rate will apply until it equals the rate for an additional day.
