Cash payment after transportation service for most cases. Prepayments are not required unless clearly declared by us before your reservation.

We will send you an email to offer you secure online payment by using Master card, Visa, American Express after you decide to reserve our car.
Way 2 (PayPal member)
Simply click the bottom "pay now", then you will brought to the PayPal and show you the way to work on it.
It is not necessary to become a member of PalPal to use the service, though the membership is free.

At Robert Beijing Car Rental, it is the customer who decides the itinerary. What we do is that we are 100% sure we know where you want to visit no matter it is Chengde Summer Resort or Mongolia Saihanbu Forest.

At Beijing, there are some oversea visitor named place, which have no Chinese name or have a Chinese, but it is not know by Beijing local. Robert Beijing Car Rental, which in the oversea visitor car rental business for more 20 years and know these place well. 1.1 Meet your mobile concierge at very beginning
When you start to contact Robert Beijing Car Rental either through email or direct phone call, this dispatcher become your own mobile concierge. He/She takes the responsibility of taking care of your car rental from very beginning to the very end. Either it is about destination information gathering, or plan change, special requirement, or your driver selection and driver performance survey, your dispatcher (mobile concierge) is always at your disposal. And in your following up car rental, it would be the same dispatcher (your mobile concierge) to be your contact person.
1.2 Your mobile concierge in your car rental
During your car rental, you might need lassistance from your dispatcher (mobile concierge). At any time and any place, your mobile concierge is at your disposal either for an on call translation, or new location on line searching.
1.3 Your mobile concierge after your car rental
Your dispatcher is responsible to ask your evaluation on the driver's performance, solve any possible problem in the customer's trip (e.g. lost your belonging somewhere in the trip),
Your car rental is kept in your mobile concierge file for your next car rental service, either for your family member or your customers. You already know what level of service you can expect by the same driver, same dispatcher and same car/van.

At Robert Beijing Car Rental, customer is our number 1 priority. Chauffeur team and dispatcher team is the 2nd priority. Manager is the last one.
It is through customer's word of mouth, we become what we are now. It is our driver team and dispatcher team joint effort brings more customers to us.
We care our driver's and dispatcher's family and their daily life. The driver and dispatcher take well care of our customer.

At certain case, both driver and customer find it difficult to clear out the problem which arise unexpectedly, our dispatcher will come to spot to solve it.

Please read this Privacy Policy ("Policy") carefully to understand how we will use and protect your personal information. We will never share your personal information with anyone.
Is it secure to put personal information in this site? Technically we are using 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your information be attacked from outside. On the website we do not ask such sensitive information as Credit card information. When customer requires pay the bill by credit card, we will ask customer to come to our office to do the on spot swap and signature.
What security precautions are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information? The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. What Information do we collect from you? We collect any information, except your payment information, you enter on our Site or give us in any other way. For example, your registration information, your purchase information, your feedback information etc. We do NOT collect the IP address used to connect your computer to the internet, the computer and connection information, and so on.
How do we use the information collected? The only use of information we collected is to confirm your order transportation service and contact with you when you are in the car. How can you update or correct your Personally Identifiable Information?
During the online car rental reservation process you can review, change or delete the information that you have submitted. You may change any of your personal information in your account(s) online at any time. You may ask us in writing via mail or email at robert@beijingcarrent.com to have the information on your account deleted, updated or corrected; however, because we keep track of past car rental requirement, you cannot delete information associated with past car rental reservation. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security means.

No Show Policy
Though we do not require prepayment for car or van rentals, we still strongly recommend you to inform us when you cancel any unneeded reservation as soon as your plans change. In the peak season, we require a prepayment for one day's rental (e.g. tour bus rental) to ensure that your bus is reserved. In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply if an unwanted reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved pick-up time. To avoid this fee, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund
For any cancellation 24 hours prior to your pick-up, refunds are sent directly to your appointed account, either for individual or company.
Rental extensions
If you need to extend your rental, it are required to call us 12 hours before your extensions in the low season, 24 hours in the peak season.
Overtime Charges
Most of our rentals are based on an 8-hour day. An hourly overtime rate will be applied when overtime occurs.
